Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Finance to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties:
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company goals
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee investment management and treasury functions
- Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and cost control measures
- Lead the finance team in preparing financial statements and reports
- Ensure accurate accrual accounting and balance sheet reconciliation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial performance
- Provide insights on profit loss trends and cost-saving opportunities

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in corporate finance principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, investment management, and treasury management
- Experience in conducting risk analysis and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with accrual accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and cost control measures
- Ability to lead a finance team effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
